Executive Director and General Manager

Tham Sau Yin, General Manager, is one of the firm's longest serving members. She holds a BA from New Zealand's Canterbury University. Her responsibilities include general administration, training staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising filing and prosecution work as well as meeting and advising clients, both local and foreign. She is Henry Goh's most senior Registered Trade Mark Agent and represents clients before the Registry in non-contentious Hearings.

Sau Yin is a member of the Malaysian Intellectual Property Association (MIPA) and the International Trade Mark Association (INTA). Her years as a Trade Mark Agent and her participation at various local and international conferences have exposed her to the intricacies of trademark law and practice and the knowledge and experience thus gained have stood her in good stead in dealing both with clients and the trademark authorities.
