Patent Engineer

Juria earned her Honours degree in Engineering majoring in Biochemical-Biotechnology Engineering from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2005.Prior to joining Henry Goh, for several years Juria has worked in the area of patents with one of Malaysia’s leading IP firm where she had gained considerable experience in conducting novelty searches, drafting patent specification and prosecution of patent applications before the Malaysian Intellectual Property Office (MyIPO).

Juria joined the Singapore Office of Henry Goh in 2010 where her duties and responsibilities include but not limited to assisting in the management, operations and supervisions of the patents, trademarks and registered design portfolios; drafting patent specification; and providing opinions on patent infringement, validity and interpretation of patent claims. In addition, she is currently pursuing a course in Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law in preparation for the Singapore Patent Agent Qualifying Examination.

In her spare time, Juria enjoys hiking, theatre, and photography.
